Lefterow Shop/Wellness by Lefterow AB sell wellness products over the Internet to individuals. Once you complete your order you accept our purchase terms and agrees that the name and personal information is stored in our customer database.

ORDER
Our products are ordered via the Internet at Lefterow shop, www.lefterowshop.com If you need help with your order, please contact us at webshop@wellnessbylefterow.com or call our customer telephone 0046-8-7675088 and we will help you.
When you have placed an order you will automatically receive an order confirmation to your e-mail address. Please contact us if you want to change the order webshop@wellnessbylefterow.com Save the order confirmation until you have received the items. When being in contact with us please give us your order number, contact number and name.

CANCELLATION
The customer has the right to cancel orders until the purchase is completed.

PRICES
All prices include VAT to private individuals. We reserve the right to change prices on the website without notice.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Our VAT No: SE5566024583. As an individual you pay directly via a secure card payment through textalk.se. Individuals receive a confirmation email with an order number.

SHIPPING COST
The shipping fee for private customer orders within EU is 5 Euro. The shipping cost outside EU will be set by each order. For orders 50 Euro or more there is no delivery cost within EU.

DELIVERY
Deliveries within Sweden is made by domestic post package. Time for delivery within Sweden is 4-5 days. International orders will be delivered within 7-14 working days.

RETURNS
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. If you want to return an item please send a mail within five days from delivery to: webshop@wellnessbylefterow.com Please state your name, order number, contact information and the items you want to return/exchange. The return cost is paid by the customer. If you have paid with your credit card we will return the money to the card when we receive the items. The items should be returned unused in its designer packaging, if not the item will not be accepted. You can´t return items on sale. The customer is responsible if the item is lost or damaged during the return.
